The leading global provider of of IoT solutions for fleet, asset, and mobile workforce management is looking for Danish speakers to be part of their customer service team.
As the Customer Support Specialist, you will provide a best in-class customer service and resolution to company’s customers. As the company continues to support the growing customer base, they are looking to onboard outstanding employees capable of increasing customer loyalty and reducing customer churn. The Customer Support Specialist must have exceptional communications skills, a fierce drive to succeed and a genuine passion for helping people. This is an integral role within the company where you act as a conduit between customers and key decision makers internally.
Duties:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service by providing consistent, timely and accurate customer support
- Leverage analytics to proactively outreach to the existing customer base, to improve customer outcomes and their success with the application throughout the customer lifecycle
- Use Project Management skills to help the team generate and execute on ideas to enhance overall customer success
- Resell the value and benefits of the company, up-sell/cross-sell services and products to increase customer satisfaction
- Cross functional internal collaboration to advocate for the voice of the customer to all relevant stakeholders internally and with our channel partners
- Demonstrate an ability to create partnerships and manage relationships to investigate and resolve customer issues
Requirements
The role of Danish customer support – Leading Software Company requires:
Languages skills:
- Native level of Danish
- Advanced level of English
Soft skills:
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Experience managing customer expectations and de-escalating tense scenarios
- Outstanding follow-up and follow through to ensure customers’ success and a positive outcome
- Ability to work in a team environment
General:
- EU Passport
- Relocation to Greece
