Are you willing to work as a Danish Customer Support Representative for Zalando, a leading European online retailer of shoes, clothes and beauty, which connects customers and brands in 25 countries!

What you will do:
- Communicating through chat & phone with customers
- Answering how-to questions
- Troubleshooting customers’ issues

The role of a Danish Customer Support Representative requires:
- Native level of Danish
- Advanced level of English
- Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness
- Relocation to Crete, Greece
- EU Passport holder
What you’ ll gain:
- Monthly salary 1300€ gross
- or 1029€ gross with accommodation provided for the whole duration of the contract (Chania, Crete)
