We are looking for Dutch Client Advisors willing to experience a lifetime experience in Greece!
As a Client Advisor in this project, you will:
- Offer support through written and phone communication
- Troubleshoot the care and use of appliances
- Assist consumers in setting up service repair, check availability of technicians and make appointments for service calls
- Log information into the consumers account.
- Create amazing experience that customers value
Requirements
What you need to have:
- Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
- Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
- Problem-solving mentality through active listening
- Tech-savvy
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Greece

- Monthly salary 1300€ gross
- or 1029€ gross with accommodation provided for the whole duration of the contract (Chania, Crete)
