Are you the Dutch Customer Care Advisor that we are looking for?
We are seeking a customer care adviser to join a globally recognized brand in the healthcare technologies, lighting and consumer electronics sectors.
As a customer care advisor your responsibilities will be; answering customer queries via phone, email or chat, building customer trust through empathetic personalized conversations, striving for first call resolution and taking true ownership of customer needs and issues, engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns, offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.
Requirements of the Dutch Customer Care Advisor:
Minimum Qualifications
– Native or near-native level Dutch skill
– At least B1 level in English
Preferred Qualifications
– Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
– Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening
