Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer queries via phone, email or chat, building customer trust through empathetic personalized conversations
  • Strive for first call resolution and taking true ownership of customer needs and issues, engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Actively listening to their concerns, offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.

Requirements

  • Native-level or near-native level French skill
  • At least B2 level in English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening
  • Tech savvy
