We are seeking a customer care advisor to join a multinational company in Athens.
As a customer care advisor your responsibilities will be; answering customer queries via phone, email or chat, building customer trust through empathetic personalized conversations, striving for first call resolution and taking true ownership of customer needs and issues, engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns, offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.
The role of the French speaker – customer support, requires:
– Native-level or near-native level French skill
– At least B2 level in English
– Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
– Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening
