Responsibilities
- Receive & process customers’ request via phone, chat & e-mail
- Provide high quality of service to customers in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain professional relationships with all involved parties
- Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets
Requirements
- C2 or Native level of German (oral and written)
- B2 level of English
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism/ Business Administration or any quantitative subject) will be consider as a plus
- Experience in the customer service/ travel/ airline sector will be a plus
- Computer literacy
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
- Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Quality focus and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage change and work under pressure
- EU Passport
