A leading international electronics company is looking for Customer Support Agents to join their German customer support team.
You will be working in their beautiful premises in Thessaloniki, supporting customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers from Germany, Austria & Switzerland
- Responding to customers’ inquiries via e-mail, chat & phone
- Providing how-to-use steps for their newly bought devices, and guiding them to arrange a repair if needed.
Requirements
- Native level of German
- Good knowledge of English language (B2+)
- Multitasking and positive attitude
- Familiarity with technology
- Problem-solving skills
