Responsibilities:
- Lead generation & contact of cold leads
- Getting through the Senior Management to the decision maker
- Building relationship with the decision maker
- Collecting information about budget, authority, needs and timeframe
- Setting up a meeting between potential client and field sales team
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in German and English
- Negotiation skills and creative thinking
- Motivational personality
- Ability to build a relationship with a new client that takes time
- Ability to conduct conversation with Senior Management
- Proactivity and thorough research skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adjust to dynamic environment
