On typical day you will:
- Support the registration of new partnerships over the phone (camera) and via email
- Proactively contact new/potential accommodation partners to encourage completion of their online registration
- Offer support to finish onboarding, instruct and educate on tools, provide information support
- Deliver training by phone to new properties
- Contact partners to make them aware of their business and growth opportunities to drive and maximize value
- Ensure a high level of customer service, being efficient and professional
- Collaborate with your local and global team
Requirements
- Native/ Near-native level of German
- Advanced level of English
- Experience in tourism is desirable, but not essential
- Ability to identify new or potential partners
- Good MS Office skills
- Ability to adjust to a fast working environment
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to work in shifts
- This position requires all employees to be located in Greece
