Responsibilities

What you will need to do:

  • Participate in the whole recruitment process
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand each position’s expectations
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
  • Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
  • Participate in recruiting events

Requirements

What we’re searching for:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment, ideally in fast-paced, mass recruitment projects
  • Native or near-native speaker of German
  • Excellent English skills, both written and oral
  • Bachelor in HR, Psychology, Business, Economics or any other business-related field
  • Tech-savvy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple calendars
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Critical-thinking skills
  • Can-do & will-do mentality
