What you will need to do as a German Technical Software Consultant:
- Act as the first point of contact for all the German-speaking customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Processing orders, forms, applications & requests
- Communicating & coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- resolve 90% of all cases
Requirements
- Near-Native German Speaker
- B2 level English skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Problem solving mindset
- Technical knowledge and experience.
