On behalf of our client, we’re looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Care Agent, to join the growing team of one of Europe’s biggest betting companies, in Athens!
The company is an established GameTech company, committed to delivering the best sports betting and gaming experience to an ever-expanding customer base.
A successful candidate for this role will be someone, who will make an impact across the company, by developing and implementing strategies in order to improve the customer support system of the company.
As a Customer Care Agent you will need to:
- Assist the customers via live chat, telephone, email and social media regarding payment, login, verification and bet queries
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions
- Communication with internal departments for requests and issues and follow up to ensure resolution
- Record inquiries, comments and complaintsRequirements
- High School/ Degree from an accredited University
- Fluency in Italian and Greek
- Prior experience in a similar role or in a call center of a reputed company is appreciated
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work on shift rotation
