A customer care advisor, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and chat handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
- Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilising all communication methods – including written, email, verbal and webchat;
- Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined departmental service level targets;
- Act as a role model to other team members and promote and enhance the reputation of the customer service function, always adopting a professional approach to work;
Requirements
The role of the Portuguese Customer Support requires:
- Near native level of Portuguese
- Advanced command of English
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and to deal with potentially emotive issues in a calm, professional and constructive manner;
- The ability to work independently and to use own initiative;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Experience of working with relevant computer programs (i.e. CRM software) and customer service webchat systems will be considered as a plus.
