The worldwide leader of the tobacco industry collaborates with a well known multinational company! Following the release of an innovative smokeless cigarette device, our client has been trusted to provide the ultimate customer care experience.
We are now looking for the next ones to join their strong Swedish team! Responsibilities include educating users on how to use & take care of their devices, as well as providing assistance for new purchases.
Duties:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements
he role of the Swedish Customer Support requires:
- Near native level of Swedish
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Good communication skills
- Customer care experience
- Basic computer skills & MS Office
