German Speaking Customer Support Agent - Fully remote from anywhere in Portugal - Lisbon

Our international client in Lisbon is currently hiring German Speakers to join their team for a logistics related project. If this position sounds like you, keep reading!
Responsibilities:
- Processing pick up orders.
- Providing shipping information and quotations to customers.
- Tracing packages and requesting proof of delivery.
- Assisting customer’s needs by ordering supplies, issuing messages and complaints.
- Effective use of internal systems and functions.
- Accurate and legible completion of relevant paperwork and forms.
- Adhere to our processes and procedures.

Requirements
- Native level of German
- Fluent level of English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer support would be considered a plus.
- Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker
- At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training
- European citizenship or work permit for Portugal
