German Reservations Consultant - Greece based - Athens
Are you a fluent German speaker? Do you want to work all over Greece remotely?
We are looking for German Reservations Consultants to work for one of the biggest travel and reservation platforms worldwide!
Turn your passion for travel into action in customer service helping people about reservation regulations and make their travel unique!
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact with customers by solving key questions and queries such as reservations procedures and reservation changes that may occur
- Front office hotel management
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right tools, methods and procedures
- Ensure a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Fluent in German
- Excellent English skills
- Knowledge of Opera Reservation Software is considered a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
- The passion and drive to make a difference
