Italian Support Specialist - Search Engine - Athens

What you will need to do:

  • Act as the initial contact for Italian-speaking customers
  • Assess customer needs for satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot software on mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.)
  • Assist with account and password management
  • Address post-sales requests from online store customers
  • Provide high-quality support
  • Manage a large volume of calls and emails
  • Build trust and sustainable customer relationships
  • Resolve customer complaints with appropriate solutions

  • Native / near-native level of Italian
  • B2-C1 level in English
  • Tech-savvy and curious about new technologies mentality
  • Excellent Verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  • Flexibility to work night shifts/ weekend shifts
  • Previous Customer Service experience is an advantage
  • Excellent salary (1045€ -1100€ gross per month)
