Norwegian speaking Customer Support Agent - Lisbon

We are looking for a motivated Service Desk Analyst to integrate a project for one of our clients.

What you'll do:

  • Provide initial support and attempt to resolve incidents at the first point of contact, leveraging knowledge bases, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting techniques;
  • Respond to customer inquiries, clarify their issues, and gather relevant information to facilitate incident resolution;
  • Provide information, advice, and assistance to customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents within agreed-upon service level targets or as per defined priorities.
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to identify underlying problems and contribute to the problem-management process.
