As a customer service consultant in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls
  • Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns

Requirements

The role of a German Customer Support Consultant requires:

  • C2 in German & B2 in English (Written & verbal)
  • Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge/tech savviness
  • Relocation to Greece
  • EU Passport
