As a Content Moderator in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform
  • Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
  • Improve the content management strategy
  • Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
  • Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets


You need to have the requirements below in order to be selected:

  • Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
  • Availability to work onsite
  • Availability to work shifts
