Description

Are you looking for a new job opportunity abroad in one of the best capitals in Europe?

Our international client is looking for Polish speakers to join their team in Sunny Lisbon! This is to work for a very well-known national airline company providing support for the Polish market.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels – chat (live channel), email and phone
  • (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat, to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner), both in Polish and English;
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products;
  • Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience;
  • Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Native level of Polish, fluent level of English.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
