Description

On behalf of our client, a leading global organization, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Portuguese-Speaking Order Management Specialist to join their international operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order processing lifecycle for business accounts, ensuring accurate order execution, timely delivery tracking, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, validate, and process customer orders in the system accurately.
  • Monitor order fulfillment pipelines from initial entry through to shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve order holds, inventory shortages, or shipping delays.
  • Act as the main operational point of contact for Portuguese-speaking business clients regarding order status updates, delivery schedules, and invoicing queries.
  • Manage customer returns, order cancellations, claims, and price adjustments in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and master order data within the CRM and ERP systems.
  • Support period-end reporting and operational alignment across regional logistics networks.

Requirements

  • Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Portuguese with fluent English skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce CRM for order processing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel for tracking order metrics and reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional client interaction in Portuguese.
