Description

Our client, a regulated Forex Company, is currently seeking a skilled receptionist to join our team at its headquarters in Athens.
As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
