Anna-Maria is a talent sourcer, just starting out her career. Armed with a BSc in Economics (and the sudden realization that she actually despises finance), she has pivoted into the world of recruitment, where she wants to make the most impact, connecting talent with opportunity.

She’s curious, driven and always searching for ways to learn and grow.

Weaknesses

She will likely exhaust every possible solution before she finally (and reluctantly) asks for a hand.

Fun Fact

If you ask her to walk up a single flight of stairs, she will stage a protest, but she will happily lead you on a 7-hour mountain hike without breaking a sweat. It’s not about the cardio, it’s about the view.

Strengths

I have a natural ability to read the room and truly listen to what people need, even when it’s left unsaid. I’m great at building trust, bringing people together, and finding common ground to help the team move forward smoothly.  

Weaknesses

Public speaking or presenting to very large groups used to make me quite nervous. I’ve been actively pushing myself out of my comfort zone to improve this, and I now look at it as a great opportunity for growth.  

Fun Fact

When I'm not working, you’ll likely find me practicing yoga to find my inner balance - usually with classic rock music playing in the background! I also love hiking and exploring nature, as it’s my favorite way to disconnect and recharge. Yes, Zen, rock 'n' roll, and mountain trails are my ultimate vibe!
