Meet the Speakiters

Marina is the Team Leader for our Nordic team. She always tries to ensure that her team operates smoothly and effectively every day. She is known for her organizational skills and always tries to boost team morale. Beyond work, she loves traveling, enjoys playing with her lovely dog, and savors gourmet recipes - though she prefers enjoying them rather than cooking them herself.

Anna Maria is the Team Leader for our Dutch team. Dedicated and thoughtful, she’s always there to support her team while juggling Excel files like a pro to keep everything on track. But don’t let her calm demeanor fool you when she’s had enough of a conversation, you’ll definitely know. Straightforward and unafraid, Anna Maria’s rebellious spirit and firm opinions shine through. Outside of work, she’s the ultimate social butterfly, often found dancing the night away with friends, enjoying epic video game sessions, or taking long walks with her dog.

With over three years of recruitment experience spanning both in-house and agency roles, and more than five years working within BPO companies, Valentina brings a well-rounded and deeply human approach to recruitment. As someone who is half German and half Greek, and raised within both cultures, she developed an open and adaptable mindset from an early age—an invaluable asset in navigating diverse professional environments. 
Outside of work, she can easily get lost in drawing, playing music, or simply taking long walks far away from the noise of the city.

Elias-Jan is a Senior Recruitment Specialist for Speakit. He is half-Greek half-Dutch and dedicated to our Dutch department since September 2021. 
You may find Elias playing & watching football or following mystery & crime movies.

Dimitra is the ambitious Project Coordinator that connects talents across Europe. Having lived in different countries, she is German in her manners but stays Greek in her heart. She might come across as strictly professional, but as soon as you get to know her you'll instantly like her. Amongst her other characteristics, she is a perfectionist with attention to detail in every project she takes on and there is no deadline she cannot meet. Outside of work you will find her in a yoga class or exploring new food options. 

Charitini is a Senior Recruitment specialist for the German team. She is always extremely enthusiastic and loves exploring new places and attending different events. If you need a tour guide in Athens, Charitini is your go-to person!
