Nikos is a dedicated Recruitment Specialist in the Nordic Team. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Marketing and a Master's degree in Human Resources, which he completed in London. When he's not connecting with top talent, you might find Nikos exploring new destinations or savoring junk food. Known for his quirky sense of humor, Nikos can lighten up even the busiest of days with a well-timed joke (not) or an impromptu dance-off.

Strengths

Nikos has the incredible ability to lift your spirits, even on your worst days.

Weaknesses

Nikos can't resist playing the psychologist when he sees someone troubled or upset. He is always available to offer help even on the busiest days.

Fun Fact

He has a love-hate relationship with the heat and the sun. On one hand, he enjoys sunny days and beach outings; on the other, he can’t stand the scorching temperatures and always carries a hat and sunscreen just in case!

Eirini is an enthusiastic HR professional dedicated to enhancing the employee experience while supporting business goals and organizational success. Although holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, her people-oriented mindset naturally led her to pursue a career in Human Resources. Currently, she is further strengthening her expertise by completing her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.

Strengths

She is very determined, once she sets her mind on something, she will do her best to make it happen. If she needs something from you she will keep showing up until you give it to her. At the same time, she always tries to find solutions that keep everyone happy!

Weaknesses

Her sense of direction… she could literally get lost walking in a straight line. On the bright side, she has finally learned how to use GPS navigation (most of the time).

Fun Fact

She loves the sea and visits it all year round, whether it’s to read a book, stare at the endless blue, swimming, or collect shells along the shore. Once she finds one shell, she simply cannot stop looking for more!
