Speakit takes 1st place in the Best Workplace for Women awards!

We are thrilled to share some exciting news - Speakit has been awarded 1st place in the Best Workplace for Women Awards!
From the very beginning, back in 2019, our mission has been clear, to build a truly inclusive workplace where everyone feels supported, empowered, and valued. This award is a powerful recognition of that vision and of the collective effort we’ve made to turn it into reality.
This success is the result of the collaboration, commitment, and hard work of every single team member. At Speakit, we strive daily to create an environment where equal opportunities are practiced. It is important that growth is encouraged, support is ongoing, and every voice matters.

It all starts with putting people first! 

At Speakit, we believe that a great workplace is one where well-being, balance, and flexibility are part of everyday life. That’s why we’ve built a culture that doesn’t just talk about work-life balance, but we actively prioritize it. Our team enjoys a hybrid working model and flexible starting hours, allowing them to begin their day between 9:00 and 10:00. We understand that life happens outside of work, and our structure reflects that trust and understanding. 

And perhaps our proudest initiative - since April 2023, Speakit has been the first company in Greece to introduce a 4-day working week for all employees. This transformative step wasn’t just about giving people more time off. It was about rethinking the role of work, reducing burnout, and making room for creativity, focus, and personal time. The results? Higher productivity, happier teams, and a stronger sense of purpose! 

This award is a tribute to our journey, and also a reminder that our work isn’t done. We continue to listen, evolve, and create a space where everyone can thrive.
