Description

We are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a new healthcare project supporting customers across the DACH market.

The project will initially focus mainly on back-office processing and order entry, with a planned progression into customer support calls at a later stage. You will communicate with patients and healthcare professionals regarding healthcare products, including wound-care products.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new project from its launch and become part of a structured, international team in Athens.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle back-office administrative tasks related to customer and healthcare product requests
  • Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Provide clear and empathetic support regarding healthcare products and related queries
  • Handle customer interactions in German, both written and spoken
  • Follow established processes, procedures and quality standards
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling customer and order information
  • Progress into telephone-based customer support as the project develops
  • Work effectively within a structured, process-driven team environment

Requirements

  • Strong professional fluency in German – both written and spoken
  • Ability to communicate in German confidently, clearly and naturally
  • Comfortable communicating with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, patience and a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and order-processing skills
  • Previous customer service or contact center experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow structured processes
  • Basic English or Greek for internal communication is sufficient
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector is considered a plus.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Working window: 09:00–19:00 Greek time
  • Candidates should be comfortable with potential future adjustments to working hours based on business requirements.

Training

  • 4 weeks of paid, on-site training
  • Training will be provided in German by the client
  • Followed by approximately 2 weeks of nesting
  • Training and nesting structures may be subject to adjustment as the project is finalized.
