Ana Vieira

Recruitment Specialist

She grew up in a small village in Alentejo, where life moved slowly, and neighbours knew everything about everyone. Even so, from a very young age, she found herself drawn to the rhythm and energy of Lisbon - its noise, its people, its beautiful chaos! Growing up, she had the dream to become a Crime Scene Investigator (yes, like the ones on TV with the sunglasses and dramatic one-liners). But life had other plans, and she ended up studying Business Management instead (probably because she's more down-to-earth than she likes to admit and doesn’t exactly thrive on high-risk decisions).

What stayed consistent, though, is her love for people. She genuinely enjoys connecting with others and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere within any team. She's the person who notices the quiet details, reads the room at lightning speed, and naturally steps in when someone needs support. Empathy is a huge part of who she is. She picks up easily on how people are feeling (the typical ""read the room""), which helps her build trust, communicate thoughtfully, and adjust her approach to different personalities. It’s her unofficial superpower and probably why people come to her for a pep talk, a reality check, or simply a good laugh.

Strengths

She's highly organized, detail-oriented, and someone people can always rely on. She stays calm when things get stressful (honestly, she thinks she performs better when the pressure is on). She's also great at reading a situation quickly and adapting, which helps her support others and keep everything running smoothly.

Weaknesses

She has a strong perfectionistic streak. It pushes her to do great work, but sometimes it slows her down, especially when she's excited about a project and takes on too much at once. That combination can create a cute little chaos scenario… but she always recovers gracefully.

Fun Fact

She has a surprisingly accurate memory for the most random personal details - full government names, birthdays, obscure facts people swear they never told her. The downside? She gets genuinely offended when someone forgets her birthday 😅

Yasmin Shehab

Yasmin Shehab

Recruitment Specialist

Yasmin is a Talent Sourcer specializing in the Dutch and Italian markets, endlessly curious about people and the cultures that shape them. Born and raised in Athens with roots in Alexandria, Egypt, she speaks Greek and English fluently, with a touch of Arabic. She holds a BSc in Social Anthropology and an MSc in Human Resources Management. She sees every CV as more than a document, it’s a life story waiting to be discovered. She believes it’s nice to be nice, is always planning her next trip and feels at home taking long walks by the sea.

Strengths

She sees humans, not profiles — stories, not summaries.

Weaknesses

Spicy food. She can handle unholy amounts — she’d put chillies in coffee if anyone dared question her.

Fun Fact

Her dog Mikros is 16 years old. She named him that because it was the only name he would respond to — “Mikros” in Greek could mean small or young… but Mikros is neither.
